Happy Easter!!!!

Happy Happy Easter!!!! Payton was so excited when she got up this morning knowing that the Easter bunny was here. She acted like it was Christmas moring ...

Easter at Grandmas and Pawpaws

Luckily the weather cleared up and the afternoon of Easter turned out to be beautiful. The kids were able to have a egg hunt and play ... and they had a blast. Payton just loves her cousins and enjoys all the time she gets to play with them.

Decorating Easter Eggs

When we decorated Easter eggs at the Easter party ... I knew that when she got to do her own ... it was going to be a blast. So on Saturday evening we set up the parachute on the floor incase we had a spill and let her go at it. She did a really good job and only dunked her hand in the coloring once. After she dyed them all, she covered them with stickers and she made sure she used every sticker in the package. Once we were done, Payton was so proud of her eggs!!!!

Getting ready to color the eggs!!!

Kidfest

On Saturday morning we met up with Becky and Gybson for a afternoon at kidfest in Plano. We had a great time letting the girls hang out and play. The Easter egg hunt that was supposed to happen was a real mess and after waiting about 30 minutes in line ... we gave up. But the girls were still able to have a good time... they even got Home Depot aprons ... LOVE it!!! They got to see the Easter bunny, bounce in the bouncy house, run around, and play.

Easter Party

This years Easter Party with our playgroup was a BLAST ... we had a Easter egg hunt, decorated Easter eggs, and the kiddos play. We got the kids all matching aprons and hats for decorating the eggs so they wouldn't get their clothes dirty and of course the so they would all look super cute!!! Payton loved decorating the eggs ... and she is a monster on a egg hunt. She won't stop for nothing ... until there are no eggs in sight. We had a wonderful time and it was the perfect way to celebrate Easter with our friends!!!

Well ... I kinda got alittle, ok, alot behind

Yes I admit ... I have been a huge slacker when it has come to this blog. I would like to blame it on the pregnancy but that isn't the case. I just have been getting wrapped up in other stuff and tell myself ... I'll do it tomorrow ... and never do. For the sake of not doing 20 posts ... I am not going to go back and recall all of the events of March ... but I can recap some for ya. At the beginning of the month, we celebrate my 2 nephews birthdays... Darrien turned 8 and Tad turned 3. Tad had a party at going bonkers and the kids had a blast. Here are all the cousins at Tads bday party ...

Throughout the month had lots of playdates and trips to the park. The weather here is still going crazy but we have some really nice sunny days and we have been taking full advantage of them.

Payton, Ava, and Gybson at Build a Bear ... this is by far one of Paytons favorite places. On this trip she made a pink unicorn name "Pinky" ....

At the end of the month we celebrated my 33rd birthday ... gosh ... 33, I am getting old!!! But as long as I am not as old as Nick ... I am doing good!!!!
That sums up March ... and I will start blogging again on a regular basis ... at least I will try.
