St. Patricks Day Party

On Friday afternoon, we had the TX Tots St. Patricks Day Party. It was such a beautiful day ... 85 degrees and not a cloud in the sky. The party was held at a park so the kids could run around and enjoy the wonderful day. We had such a good time and it was so nice to get a break from all the work I have had to do lately. Of course Payton loved seeing all of her friends and being outside to run like crazy.

Payton loves to act silly ... and lately the only way to get her to look at the camera is to trick her into it. When she sees the camera, she just looks down and focus on anything but it. So this was the only way I could get her to take a St. Pattys picture with the backdrop.

Payton is actually starting to try to play with the other kids. They say that they parrallel play until about 2 - 2 1/2 ... but I am starting to notice her following her friends around and acutally playing with them. I am so excited about this!!!!
