The Shams: Our Perfect Valentines Day!!!

Well ... first off ... Happy Valentines Day everyone!!!! For those who know me ... you know this is not a holiday that I really celebrate. I think its a artificial hallmark holiday that gives women a excuse to make men do as they please. For me ... if a man doesn't treat you like that all the time ... making him do that one day a year isn't going to change anything. Luckily I have a amazing husband that shows me how much he loves me and our family on a daily basis ... I don't need this day for him to prove it to me.

Anyway... Now that we have Payton ... I do celebrate our love for her. I think it might just be a excuse to spoil her even more ... but why not!!!! So today was her day ... we started the day off at Build A Bear ... one of Paytons favorite places. She decided to make a puppy and baby puppy!!! She had a blast making it and then carried it around all day long!!!

After Build a Bear we were off to Barnes and Nobles to pick out some new books and play with the trains. Payton picked out 2 different books ... both Wonder Pets (I thought she was moving out of the Wonder Pets phase but I guess not). We headed home, ate lunch and both took a nice long nap!!!

After nap we played Dollhouse, puppies and hung out until Daddy came home. Daddy came home and brought Payton some flowers (which she LOVES) and a card. Payton played with the flowers until they almost died ... she tortures them!!!
