Nicks New Toy!!!!

So ... Nick got his new toy today ... A baby grand Piano. He swears he wanted it for Payton (mind you she is only 20 months old) ... but once it got here, he sat and played it for a couple of hours. He took lessons as a child but hasn't played in years but he is not that bad. He is going to take some lessons and then when Payton is 3 we will get her started. I do have to say ... she is a natural!!!! hehehe. At least she think she is ... check her out!!!!

I do have to admit they were really cute together sitting on the bench playing around. Payton loves to pound on the keys and really likes to climb on and off the bench.

We decided to move her baby grand Jr. into the room so Nick and her could jam together ... Aren't they cute?

Payton is also talking more and more everyday... Today was crazy, I think she said at least 10 new words. We she woke up from her nap, I told her what a good girl she was ... and she replied "I good girl" ... it was so funny ... we were cracking up. She also now say "love you" and "do it again" ... It is so crazy how fast she is growing up.

Today is also my nephews birthday ... he is 7 years old ... Happy Birthday Darrien!!!! I will say this ... taking a boy birthday shopping is so much different than girls. I told him he could have anything that he wanted ... after a hour of walking around the store, we still had nothing in our cart. It took forever ... but we did end up with a Wii game and a toy bow and arrow. He totally cracked me up ... he would play with a toy for 5 mins. or so and I would ask him if he wanted it, and he would say "NO". WTH ....
